The Contract Database allows you to store all of your service contracts in a single, central and secure location. Details and changes are saved in a full version history. Contract documentation can be uploaded and attached so that hard copies will never be lost.
The contract database tool allows you to specify a service provider user to allow them access to the contract details and also to remind the provider when a contract review is due. Reminders are also sent via email notification to yourself whenever a contract is due for review or expiry.
You can also keep control of contract changes using a central contract dashboard. The dashboard stores contract changes so that they can be approved or rolled back at any point.
