Elogbooks allows you to log your reactive jobs either through the Help desk, or directly with the service provider. Either way, the Help Desk then takes ownership of the job and makes sure that it is correctly acknowledged by the service provider. Attendance and completion of the job is also monitored and chased by the Help Desk of your behalf through a series of chases, alarms and escalations.
You can view the status of all your current reactive jobs, and the Dashboard dials show you which ones are overdue and have missed their attendance SLA. You can view the full details of each job, and you can see all of the communications between the Help desk and the Service Provider. You can also see and review any paperwork that has been attached to the job by the Service Provider.
